Refund Policy

Superbike Supply wants to ensure that we can provide race proven parts that you're looking for. In the event that the gear doesn't work out, we will accept returns within 30 days of the original paid invoice date. Parts must be returned in New, Unused condition to Superbike Supply HQ. You must contact us directly to initiate and begin processing return using the Sales@superbikesupply.com before items can be returned.

All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking fee. 

You are responsible for the shipping fees of your return. Superbike Supply is not responsible for items lost or damages in transit. Once the item is received and inspected by the Superbike Supply team, your refund will be issued to you original form of payment less the 15% restocking fee. Refunds will not be processed on items that have been used or installed 

Special orders or custom items (custom size, color, shape, etc.) are ineligible for return (this includes REV'IT! Tailortech suits build by customers)

Superbike Supply reserves the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our return policy criteria.

As we work very hard to get your race proven parts to you as fast as possible, if you change your mind, You may cancel an order within 24 Hours of Placing it. Anything outside of the 24 hour window will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are ineligible for cancellation.
