Return Policy
Superbike Supply wants to ensure that we can provide the race proven parts that you're looking for. In the event that the gear doesn't work out, we will accept returns within 15 days of the original paid invoice date. Parts must be returned in New, Unused condition to Superbike Supply HQ. You must contact us directly to initiate and begin processing return using the Sales@superbikesupply.com before items can be returned.
All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees of your return. Superbike Supply is not responsible for items lost or damages in transit. Once the item is received and inspected by the Superbike Supply team, your refund will be issued to you original form of payment less the restocking fee. Refunds will not be processed on items that have been used or installed
Special orders or custom items (custom size, color, shape, etc.) are ineligible for return (this includes REV'IT! Tailortech & Bison custom gear [suits / gloves / boots] built by customers)
Superbike Supply reserves the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our return policy criteria.
Cancellation Policy
As we work very hard to get your race proven parts to you as fast as possible, if you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Anything outside of the 48 hour window will be subject to a 5% restocking & cancellation fee.
Custom product orders are ineligible for cancellation.
Rental Return Policy
All rental gear is to be returned back to Superbike Supply HQ within seven (7) days of the rental date. If items are not returned on time, the customer will be charged the MSRP of the item(s) via the corrected invoice from the Rental Reservation. The customer has seven (7) days to pay this invoice once corrected and returned to the associated email from the reservation.
