Return Policy


Superbike Supply wants to ensure that we can provide the race proven parts that you're looking for. In the event that the gear doesn't work out, we will accept returns within 5 (five) days of the delivery date. Parts must be returned in NewUnused condition to Superbike Supply HQ. You must contact us directly to initiate and begin processing return using the Sales@superbikesupply.com before items can be returned. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees of your return. Superbike Supply is not responsible for items lost or damages in transit. Once the item is received and inspected by the Superbike Supply team, your refund will be issued to you original form of payment less the restocking fee. Refunds will not be processed on items that have been used or installed. Parts & orders returned to sender (superbike Supply) will be treated as returned items.

Special orders or custom items (custom size, color, shape, etc.) are ineligible for return (this includes REV'IT! Tailortech & Bison custom gear [suits / gloves / boots] built by customers). 

All returns are subject to a 10% Return & Restocking fee. 

Superbike Supply reserves the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our return policy criteria. 


Cancellation & Restocking Policy


As we work very hard to get your race proven parts to you as fast as possible, if you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Anything outside of the 48 hour window will be subject to a 2% cancellation & restocking fee.

Custom product orders are ineligible for cancellation. 

 

Rental Gear Return Policy

                                                                                                                                                  

All rental gear is to be returned back to Superbike Supply HQ within seven (7) days of the rental date. If items are not returned on time, the customer will be charged the MSRP of the item(s) via the corrected invoice from the Rental Reservation. The customer has seven (7) days to pay this invoice once corrected and returned to the associated email from the reservation.

Superbike Supply sells top quality aftermarket performance motorcycle parts.  While we do our part to be as helpful as possible during your install, we have not installed every part we sell on every bike made and may be able to offer on basic guidance. Reaching out to the manufacturer is usually the best and fastest way to get the answer you need.

Additionally, our expectation is that these parts are being installed by someone competent in motorcycle performance builds, repair, tuning etc. with the proper tools needed to complete the job safely and effectively.

Furthermore, companies that manufacture aftermarket parts do so by using a stock motorcycle as the template. Some parts require modifications to stock components, and some aftermarket parts don't always play nice with each other, and Superbike Supply holds no responsibility for aftermarket parts that are incompatible or require modifications to install.

 

International Shipping Policy

                                                                                                                                                  

At Superbike Supply, we strive to provide top tier parts of the industry, both here in the US, and international. 


If you are purchasing parts internationally (outside of the US), we offer a service to pay the Duty & Fee FOR DHL AND CANADA POST ONLY! This will cover your import Fee's at checkout via the shipping label and there will be no additional payment necessary in order to receieve your package . 

If you choose to ship using another carrier outside of DHL, Duties and Fee's will be collected at the time of delievery from the carrier (communication and notification standard through email)

Superbike Supply is NOT responsible for the payment of duties and fees for your product and will not accept returns and refunds for packages and parts not delievered due to non-payment of customer duties and fees.
